In your inaugural lesson, you'll learn to independently execute a pre-swim warm-up routine for each practice session.
10-weeks Workout Plan : according to our special method!
The Swim Concept Team has crafted a comprehensive 10-week workout plan, structured into 5 distinct phases:

Complete freestyle
This plan encompasses every facet of proper freestyle swimming technique, meticulously structured in a progressive format to facilitate continuous enhancement.

Feedback Sessions:
Following each session, we offer comprehensive feedback on the swimmer's progress, highlighting areas for improvement and providing targeted suggestions for homework training.
